Picnic Tables (16’-8” and 10’-6” tables for seating of 250 guest)
~$800 minimum for first 125 people. Additional guest $5.00 per person
~ $400 deposit to hold the date.
~ 5 hours includes preparation and clean up time.
~Additional hours with guest present are $100 per hour.
~Additional hours without guest present are $50 per hour.
~Opening gates for rental agencies (chairs, tents, etc.) $30 per agency.
~Final payment and guest count one week in advance.
~Renter will not transfer interest in this agreement or sublet the premises.
~Renter will not destroy damage, deface or remove any part of the premises and will assume liability for any guest who may do so.
~Renter and guest shall conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbors. Disorderly conduct provides grounds to terminate contract and vacate the premises.
~All garbage must be placed in designated cans. No confetti please.
~Proof of insurance required to serve alcohol
